CloudTx (CLD) is a decentralized, high-efficiency and energy-saving community blockchain. It is compatible with EVM and supports high-performance transactions.

The consensus that is used is Delegates Proof of Stake which requires lower power consumption and is more scalable than Proof of Stake, while being more environmentally friendly than Proof of Work.
